【Hong Kong Delivery】

For Hong Kong local orders, customer can select self-pickup at S.F. Stores/Service Centers (7-11 or OK Convenience Store).

Unless stock out issue, delivery will be arranged in 3-4 working day(s) after confirmation of order and payment.

【Reminders】

All products will be checked carefully by our staff, and will be well packed before passing to courier. Customers agree to absorb all transportation risks once they placed the order.

We’re not responsible for any lost due to the submission of invalid or inaccurate personal information (such as mailing addresses, etc.) by customers.

【Track& Trace】

By choosing S.F. Express to deliver the purchased items, the tracking number will be updated to system after dispatched. Customers can use the numbers to check the delivery status.
